The present call for tenders aims at selecting a media production and software development company for the installation of interactive exhibitions on behalf of the European Parliament (EP) and for the development, maintenance and update of the audio-visual and interactive contents included therein. This includes the Europa Experiences in the EU capitals, but also the subsequent equipment of regional offices and the progressive modernisation of the first pilot projects after their initial lifecycle of 7-8 years in operation. The selected contractors- tasks will involve: 1. installation of existing software applications and audio-visual content; 2. modification of existing applications (including Flash, and Unity software) and content; 3. creation of new interactive audio-visual experiences including software as well as audio-visual content, such as augmented or virtual reality (VR) experiences, films, animations, and educational applications.
