Development of the Media and Information Literacy (MIL) Digital Platform As part of the "Youth Empowerment Project in South Lebanon, " funded by UNIFIL and implemented by UNESCO, we are seeking a qualified company to design, develop, test, launch, and support a comprehensive Media and Information Literacy (MIL) Digital Platform.Media and Information Literacy (MIL) refers to the set of skills and competencies that enable individuals to critically access, evaluate, and create information across various media and communication channels. It empowers people to identify misinformation and disinformation, understand how algorithms and online platforms shape the information they receive, verify sources before sharing content, and engage responsibly in digital spaces.
