GVB has an interest in concluding an agreement with a media agency in order to get its changing travelers and marketing campaigns to the right target group in the most effective way possible every time. The core of this GVB target group consists of: commuters, social recreational travelers (including tourists), pupils and students. The aim is to use a tender to create one party that advises GVB at a strategic level on how GVB can best reach its target groups. and implements this by purchasing and arranging placements. The focus is on local media purchasing, Amsterdam region. Depending on the project, the activities consist of strategic media advice, effective (data-driven) purchasing and deployment of media, insight, reporting and care.
