THIS IS NOT A BID.The Department of Financial Services, Division of Risk Management, needs to obtain database analysis services in order to comply with sections 440.13(12) F.S. which establishes the Medi-Span Master Drug Database (Database) as the basis for the average wholesale price calculation used to determine reimbursement amounts for prescription medications. The Database is a proprietary product only available from Wolters Kluwer Clinical Drug Information, Inc. (WKCDI). Medi-Span Price Rx is a drug cost analysis software that analyzes data within the Database. The Division will utilize Medi-Span Price Rx for monthly and quarterly pricing audits of its PBM contractor.Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Intended Contract Award will commence on June 12, 2019 at 1:30pm (ET) and continue for 72 hours excluding holidays and weekend until June 17, 2019 at 1:30pm (ET). Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57 (3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceeding under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.Please see the attached PUR7778 for addition information.
