The Department of Veterans Affairs NCO 10, 6150 Oak Tree Blvd., Suite 300 Independence, OH 44131; is hereby soliciting offers to provide preventative maintenance, testing, and inspections on our medical gas systems to include: Triplex EMSE Claw Vacuum System, Duplex Powerex Lab Vac System, Hexaplex Powerex 5HP Scroll System, Hexaplex Powerex 10HP Scroll System, Quadruplex Powerex 5HP Scroll System, Duplex Powerex 4HP Cal Air Comp., Duplex Powerex 5HP Lubricated Vacuum System, Duplex Powerex 7.5HP Scroll System, Duplex Amico 10HP Lubricated Vacuum System, Powerex Scroll Lab Air System, Squire Cogswell Lab Vacuum System, Duplex Quincy QRDS5D240 Dental Air; from personnel who have medical gas technician 6040 certification and conform to OSHA rules regarding proper PPE and Safety Training Requirements; at the Ann Arbor VAMC 2215 Fuller Rd, Ann Arbor MI 48105 USA. NCO 10 anticipates entering a fixed price purchase order with the contractor that provides the overall best value to the Government for quotes meeting the evaluation criteria based on a comparative analysis.
