The delivery andCommissioning of a whole slide image scanner system including training, as well as maintenance and servicing for the first contract year from takeover and optional maintenance and servicing (after the first contract year) for 4 years as well as image viewer software. The aim of this award processrens is, on the one hand, the conclusion of a "contract for the delivery of whole slide image scanners including viewer software" ("service contract") between the AG and the successful bidder (initial call from the framework agreement) and, on the other hand, the conclusion of a "framework agreement on dThe delivery of "whole slide image scanners and viewer software" with the first ranked bidder as the framework agreement partner.
