Description : 1) The Philippine Army, through the RA 12116: FY 2025 General Appropriations Act (Continuing Appropriations) with Advice of Sub-Allotment Nr 2200-2026-0064 dated 23 January 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY-THREE MILLION SIX HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS (PhP143, 668, 980.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for MED PABAC1 002-26 for the Procurement of 3, 759 Combat Lifesaver Kits. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine Army now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods and services is required pursuant to the delivery schedule as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of this bidding documents. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within five (5) years from the deadline for submission of Bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
