Part I of the procurement object - Mechanical spare parts for "TEMSA 12 LF" buses Part II of the procurement object - Mechanical spare parts for "SOLARIS URBINO CNG" buses UAB "Kauno bussai" (hereinafter - the Purchaser) intends to purchase buses TEMSA 12 LF and SOLARIS URBINO CNG mechanical spare parts. The purchase object is divided into two parts of the purchased object: 1. Part I of the purchase object - mechanical spare parts of "TEMSA 12 LF" buses; 2. Part II of the procurement object - Mechanical parts of "SOLARIS URBINO CNG" buses spare parts. The supplier can submit offers for one or all parts of the procurement object. Offers must be submitted for the entire volume of Goods specified in a separate part of the procurement object. There is no volume of goods specified in different parts of the purchase object decomposed. In the technical specification, for each part of the procurement object separately, the preliminary quantities of the Goods are specified, which, in accordance with the provisions of point 17.2 of the methodology for determining pricing rules, will be used only in the evaluation of offers and will not be considered maximum. The procuring entity provides the maximum value of the purchase contract (i.e. the maximum amount of funds allocated for the purchase) for the period of the Goods order for each part of the procurement object separately. The initial contract value will be equal to the maximum purchase amount for the amount of funds without VAT for the purchase of the goods specified in the purchase documents and the purchase contract at the prices specified in the supplier's offer without VAT. The period for ordering goods will end after 24 (twenty-four) months...
