The Board of Education of the Regina School Division No. 4 of Saskatchewan (the "RBE") is inviting proposals from qualified, licensed, and experienced Proponents to provide Mechanical Services (the “Goods and Services”), as outlined in this RFP, to Regina Public Schools Sites and other facilities occupied by RBE in Regina, Saskatchewan on an as-needed basis. The timeframe of this agreement will be a three (3) year term, with the option to extend for one (1) or more additional terms of two (2) years, (each a “Renewal Term”) upon the mutual agreement of both parties.
