The goal of the framework arrangement to be established with this acquisition is to offer flexible, working life-oriented and customized training services to job seekers and employers in Kymp's employment area. The aim of the training is for the student to be able to work independently in tasks requiring knowledge of machine and production technology and gets a job after training. The procurement includes the following organized as workforce training: 1. additional and supplementary training, guidance for the field, and mapping training for individuals for job seekers or groups that promote students' personal skills, professionalism, employment and retention. 2. jointly funded training by the employer, which is acquired in cooperation and with co-financing by the employer and with the employment area in a situation where the employer needs to train and recruit new employees who have not been found through other recruitment methods. The acquisition cannot include the completion of degrees or partial degrees. Request for quotation in appendix 1.
