Tender Details

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the \"WSSC\"), is soliciting sealed responses for Project Title. Responses are to be submitted via WSSCs eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date. Late responses will not be accepted.WSSC intends to establish a Contract for Mechanical and Plumbing Services. The Contractor shall be required to perform Mechanical and Plumbing Services at any WSSC facility located within Montgomery and Prince George-s Counties, Maryland. Mechanical and Plumbing Services include, but are not limited to, the handling, setting, laying out, fabrication, assembling, erecting, installing, maintaining, repairing, replacing, backflow testing, and reconditioning of a variety of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment/systems found within WSSC treatment plants, pumping stations, depots, and office buildings. The Contractor will be required to provide backflow test reports, pull permits, and cover all associated fees.
