Description : The Department of Human Services, Torrance State Hospital is seeking a contractor to provide MEAT/POULTRY/FISH FOR DELIVERY FROM JULY-SEPT 2026 to consumers located at State Route 1014, Torrance PA, Westmoreland County.Quantities listed are estimates and may increase or decrease based on the needs of the facility.Bidders will only bid on the acceptable brands, package size and codes as specified. All items to be in accordance with the attached PA Specifications.
