Containers and packaging of goods cannot be returned. 3. Quality and the safety of the Products corresponds to state standards and is confirmed by relevant documents valid in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic. 4. The supplier must have a sanitary passport and medical book available upon delivery forwarder, technical passport for the car, and certificate of conformity for the supplied products. Upon delivery, the forwarder must wear a special uniform (white robe and headdress), a mask, gloves, and a certificate of a negative PCR test for COVID-19. If there is a surplus of confectionery products, the supplier is obliged to pick up the leftovers. If there is a shortage, deliver the missing ones within one working hour.
