The weight of the attached back must not exceed 25% of the weight of the piece; Minimum weight 250 gr/piece, clean, without remains of intestinal content or mechanical impurities. The presence of glaze (water addition) no more than 5% of the weight of the finished product. Requirements established by Government Decision No. 773 of 03.10.2013 regarding the approval of the Sanitary-Veterinary Norm establishing the requirements for the sale of poultry meat and the Decision Government No. 520 of 22.06.2010 regarding the approval of the Sanitary Regulation regarding contaminants in food products, Law no. 279 of 15.12.2017.
Semi-fat pork, clean meat with fat up to 15%, without blood, mice and bones. Frozen. Presence of glaze (water addition) not more than 5% of the weight of the product. Requirements established by Government Decision No. 696/2010 regarding the approval of the Technical Regulation "Meat-raw material". Production. Import and trade" and HG no. 520/2010 regarding the approval of the Sanitary Regulation on contamination from food products, Law no. 279 of 15.12.2017.
Validity period: minimum 4 months from the date of delivery. Upon delivery, a copy of the document confirming the quality / conformity or harmlessness of the products, confirmed by signature and wet stamp or signed electronically, will be presented. ...
