The subject of the advance notification is the procurement of meat and vegetable-filled pâté (pastry) for the restaurants of Leijona Catering Oy (hereinafter referred to as the "Procurement Unit"). The products must be ripe and lactose-free and suitable for use without heating. The purpose of this advance notice is to inform the market about the upcoming tender, to map the market situation, to enable comments on the future procurement (for the draft request for tenders) and to receive information about the procurement, so that the actual tendering process can be carried out in the most expedient manner possible. Advance notification does not obligate the procurement entity to carry out the procurement in this notification as described, and the procuring entity may not implement the tender completely. The procurement unit is not obliged to take into account the answers received in the advance notification when preparing the request for tender.
