Measuring instruments and synchronizers required for the functioning of the HEP-Proizvodnje d.o.o. facility

The technical description of the procurement item is an integral part of the Cost List, i.e. the Cost List containstechnical description of the goods and is delivered to bidders as an integral part of the DON. The client can negotiate about the technical description of the goods until the conclusion of the negotiations and can change the items of the bill of costs until the opening of the final bids. Regarding all changes to the technical description or items of the cost estimate, the Client is Fris obliged to notify all bidders in writing at the same time.

The bidder is obliged, at the request of the client in the process of review and evaluation of bids, to submit documents (e.g. technical documentation and/or brochure and/or catalog and/or extract from the manufacturer's or relevant third party's catalog ) to whom the docensures the conformity of the offered goods with the requirements regarding the technical description of the items specified in the cost list. During delivery, it is necessary to mark the exact serial number of the item or the name from the cost list on them.
