Haviland igsv acts as a purchasing center for road scanning. Haviland igsv also wishes to act as a purchasing center for scanning footpaths and cycle paths to support their partners in determining the quality of footpaths and cycle paths. In accordance with the provisions of a purchasing center, Haviland draws up the terms and conditions and the price estimate, carries out the placement procedure and is responsible for awarding the contractor. Subsequently, Haviland will based on the conditions of the awardee's tender contractor will attempt to conclude a cooperation agreement with the affiliated municipalities (see list in these special specifications). There is no guarantee whatsoever about the number of participating municipalities and the length of the network of pedestrian and cycle paths must be mapped digitally. The results of the digital inspection of the network of pedestrian and cycle paths should certainly lead to the following: - it is sufficiently clear what the current condition of the network of pedestrian and cycle paths is; - An objective analysis/comparison of the quality, safety and comfort of the network of pedestrian and cycle paths is possible; The quality measurements include: -Calculation and visualization of the longitudinal flatness: longitudinal flatness coefficients VC 0.5 per segment of 5 m and VC2.5 per 25 m segment for pedestrian and cycle paths respectively, as well as an average value per “street side” rechargeable in the municipal GIS platform; -Digital copy of the foot and...
