MEALS(PACKED LUNCH) AND SNACKS (AM/PM) FOR DIFFERENT HEALTH PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES (MAY-DECEMBER 2026) OF MINGLANILLA, CEBU
1) The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THIRTTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS (Php 1, 430, 200.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for MEALS AND SNACKS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Services is required within Eight (8) months (based on the Schedule of Requirements) after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
