1. The Municipality of Balamban, through the Mayor-s Office - Hatud Pangalagad, intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱ 504, 000.00) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for MEALS & SNACKS (for Hatud Pangalagad) (Framework Agreement for CY 2026).Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Balamban, now invites bids for the MEALS & SNACKS (for Hatud Pangalagad) (Framework Agreement for CY 2026). Delivery of Goods is required 30 days after the issuance of the Notice of Award.
