INVITATION TO BID FOR
MEALS & SNACKS
(Food provision for the Municipal Elderly Week Celebration 2026
1. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod, Davao del Norte intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Twenty One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 421, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract on MEALS & SNACKS. Bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod now invites bids for MEALS & SNACKS. Delivery of goods is required within seven calendar days upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least two (2) similar contracts, the aggregate amount of which should be equivalent to at least 50% of the ABC.
