For official use of DENR Region 3 in the conduct of 4th Quarter Regional Management Conference (RMC) for CY 2025 on November 26-28, 2025



1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region III, through the General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Pesos (₱765, 000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under this project.

2. This procurement shall be conducted through Small Value Procurement, pursuant to Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.

3. The DENR Region III requests the submission of price quotations for the following items:

3.1 Venue / Function Hall for November 26-28, 2025, inclusive of tables, chairs, projector, sound system, and Wi-Fi.

3.2 Room Accommodation for 85 pax for 3 days, 2 nights (inclusive of breakfast)

3.3 Meals for eighty-five (85) participants, broken down as follows:

- November 26: AM Snacks, Lunch, PM Snacks, and Dinner

- November 27: AM Snacks, Lunch, PM Snacks, and Dinner

- November 28: AM Snacks, Lunch, and PM Snacks
