II. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
Delivery Schedule: The winning bidder must deliver the snacks and lunch on the specified dates and times strictly according to the end-user's timeline.
Delivery Site: All food items must be delivered directly to Supply Section, MOST- Regional Office
Packaging: Food must be individually packed in eco-friendly, food-grade, leak-proof, and clean containers. Spoons, forks, and napkins must be included per pack.
Logistics Cost: All transport, handling, and delivery expenses shall be shouldered entirely by the supplier.
