Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
MEALS (PACKED BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER) AND SNACKS (AM/PM) DURING BLS-SFA TRAINING FOR LGU AND BARANGAY RESPONDERS OF MINGLANILLA, CEBU
1) The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 665, 000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for MEALS AND SNACKS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods/Services is required within Fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
