The Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region III, through the General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (₱451, 200.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under this project.
