2. The service provider shall deliver the food requiremnets of PVAO not later than the expected delivery as specified during the placement of the order.

3. The service provider shall be responsible for ensuring the quality of all food items delivered;

3. It is hereby understood that the service provider shall be responsible and liable for any inicidence of food poisoning or other related discomforts that may arise from the ingestion of food served by the service provider;

4. It is also hereby agreed betweek PVAO and the service provider that all serves, resources, equipment, tools, materials, and/or supplies required or used shall be borne solely by and at the cost of the service provider.
