The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF DARAGA, using a Single-year Framework Agreement, through the Municipal Annual Budget, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand and Sixty Pesos Only (3, 379, 060.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the MEALS AND SNACKS FOR VARIOUS ACTIVITIES with Project Ref. No. GDS-26-036. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipal Government of Daraga, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the MEALS AND SNACKS FOR VARIOUS ACTIVITIES. Delivery of the Goods is required 7 calendar days upon issuance of a Call-Off.
The prospective bidder must have completed a single largest contract that is similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) consumer price indices, completed within the last three years and, must be at least Twenty-Five Percent (25%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to be bid.
