For official use of DENR Region III for the conduct of 2nd Quarter Regional Management Conference for CY 2026
on June 03-04, 2026
1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region III, through the General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (₱262, 500.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under this project.
2. This procurement shall be conducted through Small Value Procurement, pursuant to Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
3. The DENR Region III requests the submission of price quotations for the following items:
3.1 Meals and Snacks for seventy-five (75) participants on June 03-04, 2026
- June 03- Breakfast, Lunch, PM Snack, Dinner
- June 04- Breakfast, Lunch, PM Snack, Dinner
4. This procurement is for One (1) Lot only. Evaluation and award shall be based on the total quotation for the entire lot and shall be made to the hotel / venue provider with the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation that meets the technical specifications and documentary requirements.
