For official use of SMD on the conduct of Capacitation training on Inspection, Verification and Approval of Surveys (IVAS): Manual and Digital Process on March 17-19, 2026
1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region III, through the General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Pesos (₱585, 000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under this project.
2. This procurement shall be conducted through Small Value Procurement, pursuant to Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
3. The DENR Region III requests the submission of price quotations for the following items:
3.1 Venue / Function Hall for March 17-19, 2026, inclusive of tables, chairs, projector, sound system, and Wi-Fi.
3.2 Room Accommodation for 65 pax for 3 days, 2 nights
3.3 Meals for sixty-five (65) participants, broken down as follows:
- March 17: AM Snacks, Lunch, PM Snacks, and Dinner
- March 18: Breakfast, AM Snacks, Lunch, PM Snacks, and Dinner
- March 19: Breakfast, AM Snacks, Lunch, PM Snacks
