Meal preparation and delivery services to CZMZ 1. The subject of the order is the provision of full-day nutrition services for hospitalized patients at Centrum Zdrowia Mazowsza Zachodniego Sp. z o. o. in Żyrardów, all days of the week (all days a year) throughout the entire order execution period, consisting in particular of: 1) producing and delivering meals in accordance with the diet catalog applicable at the Ordering Party, with correct energy and nutritional value, 2) distribution of meals to departments hospital (for the patient's bedside cabinet), 3) serving meals to patients while ensuring that applicable temperatures, quality and hygiene are maintained, 4) collecting dirty tableware and leftovers from meals from patients, 5) washing and disinfection of items received from departments of dishes, thermoses, cutlery, etc., 6) washing and disinfecting trolleys (and other items) used for transporting/distributing meals. 2.
