The services of this contract concern the preparation and delivery of cold meals for children in micro-crèches in Barberey-Saint-Sulpice and Villechétif and for independent elderly people at MARPA in Estissac. The consultation is passed according to an adapted procedure in application of articles L2123-1 and R2123-1.3° of the Public Procurement Code (social services and other specific services). In accordance with article L2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, this consultation is allocated as follows: Lot No. 1: Preparation and delivery of meals in cold connection for children in micro-crèches located in Barberey-Saint-Sulpice and Villechétif; Lot n°2: Preparation and delivery of meals in cold connection for the elderly autonomous at the Saint Liébault MARPA residence located in Estissac. Pursuant to article R2113-1 of the Public Procurement Code, economic operators may bid for all lots. The above-mentioned lots may be awarded to one and only same economic operator. In accordance with the provisions of articles L2125-1.1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code, each lot will give rise to the conclusion of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders.
