Information for Bidder/Consultant :
Eligibility of Consultant : The bidder must possess a valid Trade License related to logistic services and a valid Tax Clearance Certificate. The bidder shall bear the following rental charges: i) Monthly development fee of Nu. 30, 000/-(Thirty Thousand only) payable to the RBP for usage of MDP facilities. ii)10% of the monthly total utility bills (electricity) incurred for services used by the bidder’s employees at the MDP. iii) One Container Lifter (Hyster T-Lift) – Nu. 30, 000/- (Thirty Thousand only) iv) One Electric Forklift – Nu. 20, 000/-(Twenty Thousand only) v) One Hand Pallet – Nu. 6, 000/-(Six Thousand only) and vi) Weighbridge charges – 30% of the total income earned in a month. The contractor shall bear the cost of fuelling, regular repair, and maintenance. Licensed operators must be deployed, and ICP/MDP-owned machines shall not be used outside the MDP under any circumstances. The bidder shall strictly quote rates not exceeding the corresponding amounts specified in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for all the 198 items. Any quotation that exceeds the BOQ amount for any item shall render the entire bid non-responsive and liable for rejection without further evaluation.
