GlidePathCx is a proprietary platform that allows airports to develop loyalty rewards for customer purchases while on airport property (parking and in-terminal sales) and in day-to-day consumer spending with Aviation Authority vendors and other participating businesses. Data gained through this platform provides the Aviation Authority the ability to better understand our customer personas and the customer journey, to make informed decisions and the ability to implement programs, projects and initiatives to support the needs of the customers.The outcome is to increase non-aeronautical revenue and higher loyalty to concession partners at the terminals. In addition, customers reap the benefits of earning points redeemable for gift cards, and airline miles which result in more spending at the aviation facilities. The platform also queries customers about their experiences providing direct feedback to vendors about growth opportunities and enhance communication regarding airport information and promotions.The Aviation Authority conducted a survey on loyalty programs at multiple airports.
