Synopsis : Sealed Bids Marked "Bid For Town Of Outlook, Concrete Drainage Swale" Will Be Received At The Town Of Outlook Municipal Office, 400 Saskatchewan Ave W, Or Mailed To Box 518, Outlook, Sk, S0l 2N0 Up To 4:00 Pm On September 10Th, 2019.   Bids Will Be Opened And Read At The Town Council Meeting On Wednesday, September 11Th, 2019.    The Work Involves Regrading The East-West Ditch Adjacent To 301 Mckenzie St N, Pouring A Concrete Swale Approximately 41 M In Length Measured From Mckenzie St, Cutting Down The Curb And Repouring A Pedestrian Ramp Style Curb Section To Allow For Proper Drainage.   Interested Bidders May Schedule A Pre-Tender Site Visit Or Ask Questions By Contacting Superintendent Of Public Works, Luke Lockhart, At 306-860-7575.All Work Must Be Completed By Friday, October 4Th, 2019 Depending On Weather And In Conjunction With The Schedule Of The Town Of Outlook Public Works Department.The Bid Will Include A Statement Of Warranty Covering All Workmanship, Labour, Materials And Equipment For A Period Of Up To One Year From Date Of Substantial And/Or Total Completion.   The Warranty Period Will Renew From Time Of Completion Of Any Warranty Work That Is Conducted.
