This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued using Simplified Acquisition procedures.

The Uniformed Services University's (USU) Learning Resource Center (LRC) has a requirement for a 12-month subscription for AccessMedicine, AccessEmergency Medicine and AccessSurgery to support the University-s students, faculty and staff. All subscriptions must be available in electronic format to be accessed by all approved USU patrons via the Internet. Quotes that do not include access for all registered users are not acceptable.
