Submissions marked "COR25-00099 - McCarthy Boulevard Pump Station Sampling Trough Valve Replacement" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Tuesday January 14, 2026 The City of Regina is seeking qualified contractors to submit proposals for McCarthy Boulevard Pump Station Sampling Trough Valve Replacement. The project addresses intermittent flow issues in the environmental sampling trough, which is critical for regulatory monitoring and due diligence to protect downstream water quality and the wastewater treatment plant. The scope of work includes the following, but is not limited to: Relocate 3 existing pinch valves further upstream Add 3 new duck bill check valves at former pinch valve locations (approximately) Add Flow meter and Actuated Pinch valve and associated wiring between new check valves and sampling trough Note: Backflow preventor and drain have already been installed Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
