The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to complete work for the replacement of Motor Control Centers (MCCs) at the St. Clair College Centre for the Arts located at 201 Riverside Drive West, Windsor, Ontario N9A 5K4.The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following:Replace existing MCC-6A4 with new MCC and Distribution Panel as shown on drawings and outlined in the specifications. Replace existing MCC-6A5 with new MCC and Distribution Panel as shown on drawings and outlined in the specifications. Modify existing controls and fire alarm connections as required to accommodate the new equipment.For drawings and specifications, please refer to Appendix A: Electrical Drawings and Appendix B: Specifications.The term of the Agreement shall run from the date of award through to the date of substantial completion, which must occur prior to March 31, 2027. Additionally, the Preferred Proponent shall guarantee all work, equipment and materials for one (1) year from substantial completion of the Agreement.The Purchaser expects the Preferred Proponent to maintain sufficient resources to fulfill all service requirements, including but not limited to, onsite meetings, shop drawing reviews, procurement activities, ongoing communication regarding delivery timelines, installation, commissioning, and warranty support.A maximum four‑hour response time is required for any operational concerns.
