A joint venture contract with an order for the preparation of a sustainable operating and financing model for the MAV-VOLAN group

The subject of the public procurement procedure is detailed in the information in field BT-24.

MAV-VOLAN-csop. sustainable works. and fin. model

The MAV-VOLAN-csoport, in order to promote the more efficient operation of a strategic document for the development of a sustainable operating and financing model in accordance with the development needs of the MAV-VOLAN group's public service companies (MAV Zrt., MAV-START Zrt., VOLANBUSZ Zrt. and MAV-HEV Zrt.)n, according to the following modules:

I. module: Making a benchmark and assessing the situation

II. module: Screening

III. module: Strategic proposal

At least 80-100 pages in total with content according to the task description specified in the section Expected elements of the strategic document (module I and module II and theIII. module divided into two groups in total) Hungarian language strategic document, as well as translated into English with the same content (without appendices).

The strategic proposal must be prepared in two versions as detailed in the technical content!

Results to be deliveredare to be understood in the annex as Modules I.-II. also expert materials and source materials supporting its investigations.
