The procurement services of the North Ostrobothnia welfare region (Pohde) are requesting your offer for maternity beds in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments. In addition to the welfare region of Northern Ostrobothnia, the acquisition also includes the welfare region of Lapland (Lapha). The contract period for maternity beds is valid for two years and after that the possible options are one + one year. The contract period for accessories, spare parts and consumables is limited to two years, and after that the contract continues indefinitely as valid. The procurement quantities stated in the request for tender are estimated consumption quantities calculated for a period of 48 months and they are notified to bidders only to support the making of the tender. The procurement contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the procurement entity, but actual consumption may be higher or lower. During the contract period, the welfare area allocates the funds for procurements according to this call for tenders each year separately. Procurements are carried out each year within the framework of the allocations.
