Tenders are invited for Materials Testing Services Term Contract (2022/2024) for Construction Materials (Package A)
The Works to be executed will generally consist of the following:
(a) provide materials testing services to construction sites of building/engineering (new works) contracts of the Hong Kong Housing Authority from October 2022 to December 2024 (Total 5 Term Contracts, each providing material testing services to
approximate 12 building/engineering (new works) contracts);
(b) materials and chemical testing of concrete and its constituent materials, reinforcement steel, and non-shrink grout;
(c) confirmatory core drilling to concrete piles;
(d) preparation and submission of all necessary test reports and provision of ancillary service in accordance with the Specification; and
(e) any other tests and services as may be ordered by the Contract Manager from time to time within the Contract Period.
