INVITATION TO BID FOR MATERIALS FOR REHABILITATION/IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SYSTEM
The Municipality of Magallanes, Cavite, through the Budget for the Contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan under General Fund-Water System intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 1, 800, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for MATERIALS FOR REHABILITATION/IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SYSTEM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipality of Magallanes, Cavite now invites bids for the above contract to be submitted at the BAC Office. Completion of the contract is required thirty (30) days after the date of the advice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within thirty (30) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.
