The Municipality of Pamplona, through the TLA 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Pesos Only (299, 840.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Materials for the Improvement of Barangay Datagon Multi-Purpose Pavement (MPP), Barangay Malalangsi, Negros Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The Municipality of Pamplona, through the TLA 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Pesos Only (299, 840.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item.
