JSC Motor-Sich is interested in purchasing the following types of products: 1) SLEEVE (BON) ABSORBENT RNS-1/120 - 80 m. 2) Oil-absorbing sorbent Ekolan-M - 300 kg. Basic terms of cooperation Terms of payment: Payment is made within 10 calendar days after the actual delivery of the goods and registration of the tax invoice. Terms of delivery: Delivery is carried out at the expense of the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse. Basis of supply in accordance with INCOTERMS 2020 (DAP or DDP - warehouses of JSC Motor Sich, Zaporizhzhia). Be sure to specify the term supply. Price conditions: Prices must be valid within 45 calendar days from the date of submission of the offer. Contractual conditions: Mandatory acceptance of the version of the JSC Motor Sich contract (standard contract). Analogues and equivalents: This tender may be considered offers of alternative goods with appropriate technical characteristics that are equivalent to the subject of purchase; upon request, participants must provide samples for free testing. Documentation: Mandatory provision of documents confirming quality products, in particular a quality certificate, passport or other relevant document indicating technical characteristics, country of origin, manufacturer and year of manufacture, as well as consignment notes and other accompanying documents.
