Description : 1. The Barangay Council of Uli, Dasol, Pangasinan, through the 20% BDF CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Two Pesos Only (Php343, 622.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Materials for Installation of Streetlights. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
2. The Barangay Council of Uli, Dasol, Pangasinan now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Materials for Installation of Streetlights. Delivery of the Goods is required Seven (7) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
