1. The Municipality of Montevista, Davao de Oro Province, through its
20% Development Fund-Supplemental Budget No. 2 2026 intends to apply the sum Eight Hundred Eighty Three Thousand Two Pesos and 50/100.(Php883, 002.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Materials for Improvement of Sports Complex Facilities/Installation of 3 units 5-tons compressors, 3 outdoor Coil assembles, coil sensors, and magnetic contractors . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
