Materials for the Fabrication of Patrol Boat for Coastal Law Enforcement
1) The Municipality of Tubigon, through the budget for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan through an Appropriation Ordinance for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Pesos (PhP699, 970.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Materials for the Fabrication of Patrol Boat for Coastal Law Enforcement. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Tubigon now invites bids for the Materials for the Fabrication of Patrol Boats for Coastal Law Enforcement. Delivery of the Goods and Services are required for the period, Sixty (60) calendar days.
