The Municipality of Pamplona, through the Supplemental Budget CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Six Thousand Three Hundred Seventy One Pesos Only (706, 371.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Materials for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Pavement (MPP) at Sitio Igbalanac, Barangay Malalangsi, Negros Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
