The Municipality of Teodoro Schmidt, in accordance with the powers conferred on it by Organic Law No. 18, 695 and especially those contained in Law 19, 886 of Bases on Administrative Contracts for Supplies and Provision of Services and its corresponding regulation approved by Decree 661, carries out this administrative procedure of a bankruptcy nature calling on interested parties to provide goods and services, to present their Offers in this Public Tender in accordance with these Bases and Conditions Contractual and other Associated Documents, to provide “MATERIALS FOR REPLACEMENT OF WALKWAYS.”
