The Department of Education (DepED) Schools Division Office of Ligao City, hereafter referred to as the Procuring Entity, through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum One Hundred Fifty Thousand Eighty Six Pesos & 01/100 Only (150, 086.01) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to eligible payments under the contract for MATERIALS FOR ARAL IMPLEMENTING SCHOOLS AS AN ADDITIONAL PRINTING SUPPLIES . Request for Quotation (RFQ) received in excess of the ABC per lot shall automatically rejected at RFQ opening.
