MATERIALS AND LABOR FOR THE
COMPLETION OF THE NEW ADDITIONAL WATER SOURCE AT HINAGASAN FALLS, STO NINO, VIRAC
1) The VIRAC WATER DISTRICT (VIWAD), through the CY 2026 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million One Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (PhP13, 130, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Materials and Labor for the Completion of New Additional Water Source at Hinagasan Falls, Sto. Nino, Virac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The VIWAD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidder (ITB).
