Tender Details

The subject of subcontracts will be the provision of production services that are commonly available on the market and that are defined according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) within the scope of group 7995, i.e. j. services for organizing events, exhibitions, fairs, seminars and so on. intended for the needs of units and facilities of the Slovak Ministry of Defense. The public contracting authority will enter orders for services related to the organization of events within the established DNS, i.e. j. preparation, implementation, assembly, construction and subsequent dismantling of individual events and actions of the Ministry of Defense SR and all its organizational components, as well as other material-technical, production, logistic and operational activities for the purpose of securing the events in question. The subject of production activities will be the organization of social, cultural, of a historical, professional, sporting and other nature with a nationwide but also regional reach, especially celebrations of national holidays and memorial days directly linked to the Department of the Slovak Ministry of Defense, events to support the development of civil-military relations (e.g. Ceremonial announcing the results of the Military Act of the Year poll; Day of Victory over Fascism, SNP; Slovak Armed Forces Day; Carpathian-Duclian operation; the Military Action of the Year event; celebrations of the arrival of believers in Slovakia, etc.). At the same time, it will be about securing other various events/actions such as press conferences, briefings, symposia, workshops, professional seminars, exercises, oaths and parades intended for the OS SR, National Defense Forces, lectures, important visits at national and international...
